Antivirus 2008

Klara of Tylertown, MS November 5, 2008

My sister got this malware on her computer. She couldn't do anything without the ads popping up. None of her anti-programs worked to get it off. I found that a free program called Malwarebytes took care of it. It is spyware and a scam. I wish the perpetrators of this sort of junk would be punished for their wrong doings.

Francis of Spring Hill, FL August 4, 2008

I purchased this software on line. There was some problem with my credit card but the program had already loaded. It would not register for license. It has taken over my computer. I can't get rid of it and it will not function. I tend to believe this is a SCAM

It has printed a window on my desktop and contiually pops up windows that take over the entire screen

Denise of Bernville, PA June 2, 2008

I Purchased antivirus software so that my computer can be free of virus, spyware, cookies etc.. for 49.95 on 6/1/08 at the end of trasaction I wrote information down that I was unable to print , I then went to register so that I can get the software running and that Registration code given to me at end of transaction is invalid,

I then tried calling customer support waited for 25 minutes on the phone and then got a voicemail that said to leave a message I tried leaving a message and voicemail was full , I've also tried to email customer support & no one ever responded

was unable to complete my work due to the company being neglectful / Unprofessional
