I bought a 125ATV for my sons birthday from here. Paid for ReadytoRide(assembled,tested,ect.)Well...I recieved quick because they did Not assemble or test it...Probably on purpose..as it has to pushed to get rolling half the time, the motor has to be at full throttle to start rolling and gas must be turned off at tank to stop the gas from flowing out the carb. Well... 1)** I haven't seen 119 refund for assembly after asking for it 4 times so far, 2)**Got a bad engine and 3)**bad carburator.

I'v been calling every day(got through twice out of 45 calls with them)they just told me to send more pics to get me off line)) and now they send me an email once a week asking for more pics of bike or info on engine. I wonder whats going to happen if this thing causes a fire on my porch... This thing good for nothing but to look at(it is pretty) Well now they finally want me to take this thing to shop, pay someone 100 to look at it so they can give me more run around.

If your Dumb enough to buy from this company, just get it fixed at your own expense in town and don't waist your life, time trying to deal with these ripoffs. *** I Can't believe I made it through my time in the service to come home and be ripped off for the last dollar I had(and borrowed) by an American company in Texas. Now Im trying to find ramps and a truck to take this thing to a shop, hopping they can fix it and wondering how Im going to pay if they can.

I ordered a moto-scooter on Oct. 15TH, 2008.They said it will be shipped in ten business days.I waited, and then I e-mailed them and they said that my scooter was shipped. Two days later Steve Barry calls me to tell me that there unable to ship this model so that he was going to ship me an upgrade. So I agreed even though I was losing on the features I was getting on the first model. Then they try to ship a model that they don't even advertize on there website (what I believe to be a knock-off).So I brought that to their attendtion and ever since Oct. 29TH I keep getting the run around. They keep say that they refunded my money back, but nothing and now their refusing to talk to me while they still got my money.I'm not a lawyer, but that's false advertizement at the least.

As a result of this I invested into a helmet and I'm paying intrest on this money.I feel I'm entittle at least that much and they can keep the helmet. I will mail it to them.... On the intrest part, They breach so they should be responsilbe.

I ordered a moped from this company on july 27 2008. When I ordered it I stated under no circumstances did I want a blue moped, and the salesman said you will receive one of the 2 color choices that you requested which was black or silver. He also sold me insurance that they would take care of any problems with the freight carrier should I have any.

I had constant communitation with my salesman on the phone and he told me it should ship any day. He even gave me a shipping manifest with a pro # so I could check on the shipping myself. He said they would usually ship within 3 days of my receiving the pro # from the freight carrier.

I kept calling the freight carrier with the pro # and they would tell me they had no orders to pick it up yet. I kept calling my salesman telling them to please send the moped like he had promised. They finally sent me a blue moped that had apparent damages during shipping which I refused shipping because of damages and it not being the color that I ordered. When I called them they said oh you didnt read the small print saying I could not return because of color.

I feel like they did not have the right color on hand so instead of losing the order they shipped me the only color they had at the time and the carton that it was shipped in had been ran into with something bending the frame that held the handlebar during shipping and they told me they would take care of any shipping problems that I had because I had bought the Insurance. Also the carrier that they had given me the Pro # for shipping was not even the freight lines that was told me to call to check on .

I am out over 2000 and am having a problem getting me either the right color moped shipped to me or refunding the money to me that I paid in good faith for a product that I was promised and never received .

i bought a scooter to travel back and forth to work. I told the salesman how far I had to go everyday and what type of road I was going to be using. I was very specific about what I needed to get me back and forth to work. I told them I needed a machine that would go 40 miles at 55mph. I purchased the one the saleman told me to buy and it has been overheating and breaking down, now I cannot reach them to send me replacement parts under my warranty.

After further investigation within the company, I was informed this particular machine was rated at 35 mph for no longer than 15 minutes. This machine is useless to me and I feel like I was mislead by the salesman. If he would have told me I needed to buy a more expensive machine in the beginning, price was not an issue and I would have. The 1088.00 I spent on this machine was a complete waste. I have made over 35 phonecalls to this company and have had employees hang up on me when I call them back after never receiving a return phone call.

I have a 1088.00 scooter in my driveway that is completely useless to me.

We ordered 3 atv's at Christmas from a company called atvdiscounters.com . Two of the atv's were for my children, one was ordered for a child of one of my employees...all on my credit card. So keep in mind that they got their money immediately. The one ordered for my employee's child ran for part of ONE day. The two ordered for my kids worked for about a week without problems. These units are brand new, and none of them are working. Now this company refuses to make this right and has only offered to SELL us parts to make BRAND NEW atv's work. They all still look brand new and haven't been ridden enough to even get dirty. Everything is wrong from bad batteries, to starters, to key switches, chains that don't fit...and one pours gas from everywhere!

These people won't call you back, or they leave you on hold or they argue with you in emails like you're an idiot for even asking for help. Also, if you notice on all emails...they're forwarded to the other company employees, and they're all kin. Imagine that! They got their money, and we have 3 disappointed kids and 3 atv's that need to go to a shop to run up a huge repair bill--on brand new atv's. Oh, the kicker on this:other people in our area also ordered from this company, and they have experienced the same problems and still have broken atv's with disappointed kids. How do you tell a kid that Santa makes JUNK? I'm out about 4000, and if I fix them you can add another 1000...if they keep running then. According to the shop, first you have to have something to work with, and this stuff is JUNK !

I am making credit card payments on these atv's bought about 8 weeks ago, and all 3 are not even usable. The kids are disappointed, and I am disgusted. I wish I had my money back, and I'd like to tell them what they can do with these atv's. My money comes hard, and I am just sick over this.
