Stuti of Mamaroneck, NY August 10, 2009 I had ordered a diamond engagement ring worth 1440 from their online store. When I got the ring, I did not like it and returned it and asked the merchant to cancel the ring. The merchant, without informing me, sent a new replacement ring. I was not aware that he had sent the parcel. The parcel went missing and the merchant charged me for it. My too biggest complaints against the merchant are that firstly why did he send the ring atfer I cancelled the order. And even if he sent it, why did he not send me any online tracking information (in an email) which is the basic business guideline for an online business. Moreover, I think this merchant is a complete fraud because he has setup a website to attract customers but does not follow any guideline for an online business. Please try the customer number on his website - no one ever picks that number. He tells me that he never saw the email that I sent to his official business email which is listed on the website. Is it my fault. He is duping innocent people like me and to top it my credit card company says that since I gave him the credit card, I am responsible for it. These big banks only care about their fees that they get from the merchants. Please help me. This ring was my angagement ring. Apart from the financial loss of 1440, I have to go through a lot of emotional loss. I cannot afford another ring for a long long time. Report Your Experience
