Bargain Network

I cancelled my membership (I.D.#043265339) in September of 2003 and Bargain Network is still taking payments of 9.95 out of my checking account automatically. I have not received anything from Bargain Network nor have I received anything from American Leisure for the past 21 months.

I have spoken to people when I called more than once to cancel my membership, at the 1-800 numbers and I was told that I would be reimbursed for the money that should not have been taken out of my checking account since September of 2003. As yet, Bargain Network is still taking the 9.95 from my checking account. I know that you will help me with this problem. I want to thank you in advance for your help. It has been very frustrating and aggravating when I look at my bank statements and see that they are continuing to take my money.

I signed up for a free one month trial. I cancelled before the end of the trial period but they charged my account anyway and kept on charging my account monthly thereafter. when i called to stop it, the representative hung up the phone on me.
