I purchased a Freetalk Wireless Stereo Headset from them and it fail within a couple of weeks. When I tried to return for replacement/refund I was sent an email with a link to ANTonline.com and told to contact them as they sold me the unit> I bought this from Buy.com not ANTonline.com. I contacted ANTonline and other than automatic response emails to my RMA request have been unable to get anything other then a run-a-round both other companies.

When I called ANTonline several time and the last was given a 3rd unknown company website to contact which I did and again no response other than automatic emails. I still have a defective product after over 2 months now and NO customer service from anyone. Short of contact VISA and seeing if they will refund my payment do not know what to do. have a defective product, paid 70, unable to use phone on Skype due to no headset as this was the reason for purchasing. Also have paid %69 for Skype year service and phone #.

I recently went to the BUY.COM site to buy two LCD monitors. I select to buy the monitors I wanted and selected PAYPAL for payment. Before the payment completed it ended with an error message about needing to enable cookies. I ended up back at the BUY.COM screen with no confirmation that my order completed. I logged into PAYPAL about 10 minutes later and checked my account and verified no charges had been made. I went back to BUY.COM and this time my order seemly went through with no problems. Great.

About a half hour later I checked my email and say two orders each for two monitors. I immediately went back to the BUY.COM site and look for a number to call to cancel one of the orders. Hey no phone number so I sent an email to their customer service and about an hour later (about two hours from my initial order) I recieved an email from BUY.COM saying they were canceling the second order. An hour after that I got email saying SORRY ITS ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED Wow the worlds fastest shipping company. You can guess the rest. Oh when the monitors you didn't order arrive just pay out of your pocket for shipping and we'll refund your money. I don't believe them I see a pattern here.

I purchased a GPS unit online through Buy.com unknowing that I was also signing up for shopperdiscount to debit my account 12 a month. I was unaware of these charges or that I even sign up for such a program. I would like others to be warn when using Buy.com as their online resource for product.

I purchased a camera for my son at Christmas. I received the camera from Buy.com in working order. After about a month it just quit working. I contacted Buy.com about a refund and they refuse to discuss or just give me the run around. This business needs to be shut down down to a lack of customer support and poor business practices

WATCH OUT! I bought something from Buy.com and saw that Do you want a 10 coupon. I thought, what the heck I will see what it is all about. So I clicked yes, and entered an e-mail...not the same e-mail I use with buy.com...a fake one I made for [things] like this. the next thing I know I get a random 12 charge on my credit card A MONTH LATER. I complained to Buy.com, stating that this is an underhanded means of doing business.

This is what Buy.com had to say: When you completed one of your previous Buy.com orders, you were offered the chance to instantly receive an additional 10 off of your next order by signing up with a third party, preferred partner promotion called Reservation Rewards. In order to sign up for this promotion, you were prompted and entered your email address in two different fields, and then clicked the Yes-Click here now button. By doing this, as stated on the web page, you agreed to allow Buy.com to securely transfer your name, address, e-mail address, and credit or debit card information to Reservation Rewards.

Note that nowhere does it say that the promotion will cost you 12 per month...and all you have to do is enter your e-mail address and Buy.com will sell you out and do the rest! BE CAREFUL...this was total trickery and I told Buy.com that they lost a customer for giving my information away!

12 per month on my credit card but I stopped it after the 1st mnth becasue I monitor my charges.
