Cyber-Spy

L'Acadie, Quebec

Diane of Spokane WA writes: (9/17/01):
I purchased the Cyber-Spy Toolkit in April 2001 from their online site. Instead of direct downloading of this product, I opted to purchase the disk for $10.00 more for a total of $39.95. I had perused most of the spyware sites and decided on this program because of the seemingly personalized service they would give and because of their one-year warranty.

After sending in my check, I did receive the software disk. Part of this program was just not compatible with my computer and would not work. I finally contacted the Cyber-Spy customer service and filled out a request for refund form. They, in turn, sent me some more instructions for usage of this program. So I again tried to get this program to work but to no avail. I resubmitted their instructional email along with my own requesting the refund.

After a few days, the email was returned to me with a failure notice of non-delivery. I again resent it and again it was returned. I wrote a letter to the individual I purchased this program from and certified the letter. I did not receive any answer. I remembered that I had made my payment through the Ibill site so I wrote to them with my plight. We exchanged many emails and then I was asked to again forward to the Cyber-Spy customer service another request for refund giving it a 72-hour turn-a-round. Then I was to forward it on to Ibill and they felt they could submit a refund to me. I have since done this and I still have not heard anything from Ibill.
