I was a seller on Ebay and was part of the list a handbag one day and having them not put it up on auction for almost three days even though I paid for seven days they only had it available for four of the seven days to the buyers. Their reason was that they had to verify its authenticity. I also had a handbag pulled after only two days of being up because they claimed it was a fake and after I proved it was authentic they still would not allow it to be put up for sale on their site. The wait for the items to show up has been ongoing and I finally got tired of paying for seven days only to get four days of viewing and the pricing for putting the items up for auction kept increasing to the point that I finally gave it up.

Lost revenue is the main damage especially if you consider paying for seven days each and every time and they actually only have the item up for sale for four. The loss of potential customers is astronomical if the numbers that ebay gives out for online buyers is correct. The cost of my time to list the items with accurate descriptions and take and put up the photos. Sometimes the photos themselves took a long time to get them so they could be seen at their best online.

A variety of knives were bought from e-bay by,Watchdog, (a consumer rights programme). These knives were examined by a policeman and confiscated due to them being violent weapons and purchased for the sole purpose to maim and harm people. When the programme was aired on Monday the 9th of January at 7.30 p.m., e-bay informed Nicky C the presenter that they would only be selling kitchen knives in future.

After checking the e-bay today I discovered a large variety of lethal knives still for sale. Deadly knives for as cheap as 5.49 incl p&p are still being advertised and available to buy. Surely immediate action to rectify the site of such violent weapons should have been done immediately. Please let me know what has been done and what is going to be done to stop easy access to the buying of dangerous knives on e-bay. Very concerned

I have a sellers account with e-bay, I have sold a small number of new items in December 2007. I have been trying to log in to my account since the sales were made with no success. The e-bay web site will not accept my password, I have made many many unscucessful attempts to correct the problem. E-Bay's on line help site simply will not let me into my account with any password, I have tried to change the password and ID several times to no avail.

I had a conversation with customer service, they changed the password, the new password worked one time only. I now have no way to call customer service or make contact, it does not matter what I do using their customer service Help site I still cannot get my problem resolved. I realize my problem is small compared to others who have lost several thousands, but this company needs to be STOPPED from jerking the user (Customer) around. Is there a Law Firm out there that would have an interest in taking this company down or at least make E-Bay wake up with a substantial Money Judgement against them. E-Bay hides behind their Web Site just like many other Crooks, no way to solve customers concerns.

Now e-bay ownes and controls Pay Pal, just another great tool to steal patrons hard earned money. If I were any where near e-bays corporate office, I would either have my money back or I would be in jail. I know people are sick of being ripped off by by the Big Corporate Giants, there will no doubt come a day when these people have bars on their doors and bullett proof glass on their cars. The world economy is in a mess and getting worse by the hour and our government lets companies like e-bay all but put a gun to our heads and steal from us, IS E-BAY any different than the criminal that puts a gun in your ribs and asked for your wallet? At least the criminal dosen't hide behind his web site.

My time is worth 75.00 an hour, I have spent at least 30 hours trying to recover my funds, not including losses of unsold merchandise which I intended to sell on e-bay. I can not Trust E-Bay or Pay Pal to be the Care Taker of my money.

I would like to know if there is any one in the USA can stop EBay from the unfair treatment to seller. They forcing sellers to use paypal as only method of payment. We have no voice to speak we get bad feedback from buyer for no reason and many buyers threat us with feedback and to keep the item and the money. I tried to complain too many times to eBay No answer or they can not do anything. Why seller can not give bad feedback to buyer when they get bad one same treatment , why seller has no right to like buyer, seller pays high fees to eBay and paypal every month. Buyer does not !!!

They force us to increase the price of the item for free shipping to increase their fees. EBay suspending seller for no reason if we will not do what they forcing us to do. This is my only job is eBay seller with unfair treatment from eBay letting buyer leaving bad feedback OR exchange with cash money to give me good feedback.

NOW EBAY CREATING HARDER SYSTEM FOR SELLER THE RATTING SYSTEM IF I WILL GET LESS THAN 4.1 OF 5.00 I CAN NOT LIST ANY ITEM. WHERE IS EBAY CUSTOMER SERVICE????. Try to call Ebay 1800 number no one will answer you. How come they care about buyers if they do not care about sellers!!!!
