Erick of Honolulu, HI January 5, 2009

Erick of Honolulu HI (01/05/09)
On 8/22/08 I purchased Benro KS-1 a ball head from KB Hobbie on Ebay for 119.90 plus postage.  When I received it there was no manual and no documentation at all. When I put it on my tripod it would not pan. Panning is one of the basic functions of a ball head. The finish comes off very easily too, the overall quality is very poor. I greatly suspect he sent me a knock off copy of a real Benro KS-1.

I emailed Kenny and he gave me some suggestions. I tried them and they did not work. After a few months I mailed it back to him. It has been over 3 months and he says he do not recieve the ball head. I suspect he is trying to cover up the fact that he is selling knock off products. Selling cheap knock off junk and saying he did not recieve the returned item.

I am out 119.90 plus shipping.

I won item on e-bay on Oct.19, 2008. I sent a check to pay for the item on Oct. 21. I have written as many as four or more e-mails to seller about this order and have received no reply. The last letter was sent 12/10/08.

I did not have the item for the American Girl Doll which was being given as a Christmas gift.

Ebay member posted Sexual abuse and sexually degrading comments on the ebay blog cummunity for the whole community to see. He is an x-ebay employee with over 13,000 feedback and over 4,000 current listings. He has been allowed to continue his behavior although many complaints and reports have been filed yet mysteriously disappeared. He has commented that he has 'inside contacts'. I have screen shots and copies of some of the most despicable comments you can imagine.

I have filed 4 complaints with ebay. I filed a complaint with the BBB.Org. Many other members have also reported him to no avail. I filed a police report. This man actually altered a post to make it appear that I called myself a wh**re asking for 5 for bj or 25 for *ss. Some of the other comments are just as bad and/or worse.  There's still more. Ebay allows him to continue sexually degrading women on the community blog for the whole community to see. Ebay has taken no action against him. He is also a powerseller.

I have cried for days over this, literally sickened to the point that I am throwing up. I also removed my ebay listings because of it, amongst other things. I am going to close my ebay account as soon as I hear something from them about my complaints. My business has suffered along with my health. I intend to prosecute but I keep running into dead ends and I don't know what to do at this point. I will no longer be able to use ebay as my source of income due to this. The whole ebay blog community saw what happened and I am just sick over it all. I cry often because there seems to be no recourse for his actions.

I bought a guitar on ebay from Michiganative. I paid in full through PayPal on November 4 2008 (294.50 USD). When the guitar arrived it was damaged. Obviously, it was like that before shipment since the box was not damaged. I took steps immediately to make an arrangement with the seller in view of a refund. Since he would not reply to my emails I decided to file a complaint. I returned the guitar double boxed through Canada Post and U.S. Postal sent a confirmation saying the packaged was duly delivered. It has been more than one month since the case is open and now the seller say is has never received back the guitar. How come the U.S Postal Sevice say otherwise? Since neither eBay or PayPal are in hurry to help I thought I might bring up the matter with you. Thank you.

I'm in Canada and here the reply from seller : havent recevd guitar cant give back moneyw/no merch not sure what tocommunicate?

Seller advertised a 2006 Polaris Ranger XP for sale on Ebay. I've got the Ebay item number at home and can provide it to you later. In the description put a buy it now price at 3,500. Pulled the ebay listing stating that he had someone that was going to buy it, but then they couldn't come up with the money. I emailed him a list of questions that he answered and used the UK job transfer scam and the Ebay secure trader. He thinks I am going to buy it and am communicating with him via email if you would like for me to help you catch him.

None. Fortunately googled Ebay secure trader and read about this UK scam.
