Ebay misposted a reserve price auction sale with NO RESERVE. A good faith bidder won the sale with a bid 25% below the reserve price. The original sale posting was delayed longer than normal. When I complained about the delay I got a stock indexing takes time answer. When I complained that that answer was inadequate, I got an insulting read the message, stupid response from customer service.

I now am forced to sell an item for a price well under the reserved price that I set. Not only will I lose money on the deal, but most likely Ebay will rate me lower because of this fiasco. I have had nothing but positive interactions with Ebay customers, but the Ebay management is incompetent.

I have been suspended from Ebay twice, both 90 days each. I sell only a few items a year and I have 100% positive feedback. I feel that my identity has been compromised due to something in my account that is an error, yet I cannot determine what the problem is as Ebay will not give an answer to the question of what violation occured that caused the suspension. Since they own Paypal as well, this information could also be compromised.

I asked repeatedly to speak to someone and they refuse, only sending me boilerplate responses to my inquires. There seems to be no recourse and although I am not so worried about buying or sellng on Ebay, the fact that something caused the suspension and I am not told what it is that I have (allegedly) done, I have no way to not only correct it but get to the bottom of what caused the suspension in the first place. I suspect someone has used my account fraudulently so I take this very serious, but Ebay does not apparently. I need help in resolving this and appreciate any and all guidance.

Identify theft, identity compromised and the specific incident is known by Ebay but they are unwilling to reveal the cause so I can correct and repair the situation.

I purchased a hot tub (2008 HydrOasis Hot Tub Spa TV Whirlpool Jets Spas Tubs) on July 10, 2008 on EBay. I paid 6100.00 on July 11. I was told it would take between 9 to 11 weeks to deliver. It has been 20 weeks now and I still do not have my hot tub. Every time I call, I am told they will deliver it next week.

I am paying for a 6100.00 balance on a Visa with 18.99% interest with nothing to show for it.

Ebay's policy's as of October 2008 in requiring that a seller must use Paypal or a form of credit card service to complete a transaction. Also, ebays policy that a seller can not take any adverse action against a non-paying bidder which has happened only 2 times since being a member for many years. I have sold and made not only myself but ebay money from selling using their services...but no longer.

I refuse to be held captive by ebays policy's. I will continue to buy items only. It is ashamed that ebay will loose many sellers and sooner or later it will catch up with them and they will have to change their policy's again or face the ultimate in a rival obtaining all of their sellers that ebay lost...cheers.

I had three bidders bid,and not buy, when I complained on them I got bad feedback. I had 100% feedback and tried to get the bad feedback removed. Ebay says it doens't meet criteria. And told me to reply to the bad feedback. I fear making a sale for fear of bidders no buying. buyers/bidders are not held accountable. Ebay charges too much, then does pay pal.

I hope they go out of business or there is a class action lawsuit. I just got done paying them 9.00, then the next day they come back and want 6.00 more. So I pay that too, but I don't know what that was for! They are money hungry people without care for anyone but themselves.

This resulted in two very bad lying feedback, loss of money, i had to relist.I can't sleep. I'm also being harrased by one that I complained on. She has sent me harrasing e-mails and has her friends and family in on it too. She said she was glad that she could give me bad feedback and ruined my rating and that I coudln't return it to her. She wants me off ebay. There is just all kinds of things.
