I ordered and paid for a utility trailer kit, from this person, through eBay. After I received and asembled the trailer, I found out that it had to be inspected and licensed to be used on the road in Pennsylvania. The Certified Inspection Center required me to provide a Certificate of Origin document, identifying simply the place where this product was originally made. After numerous attempts to obtain this document from the manufacturer of the trailer, I was informed that they would release it only to the original purchaser of the kit; the person who then sold it to me, and that I must then obtain it from him.

I then contacted the original purchaser to respectfully, and nicely request a copy of the Certificate. He did not respond to my request. Approximately three weeks later I again contacted him through e-mail. He responded with a curt, arrogant, and dismissive e-mail, refusing to forward the certificate. My wife then forwarded to him a kind and detailed reason why we needed the certificate. He has never responded.

We now have a utility trailer that we cannot legally use; we can't have it inspected without the Certificate of Origin Document, and I have not been able to obtain this document myself from the manufacturer. I am at loss for the 164.98 cost of the trailer.

E-bay seller still owes promised items will not send due to no feedback. Hello, I bought a 2005 Minivan on E-Bay back on June 22nd, flew to Tampa and picked up the vehicle on June 25th. After signing the title I realized that the interior pictures on e-bay were not the ones of the actual vehicle except for the color. Several items were missing such as satellite radio, center consol (between the seats), power adjustable pedals and the center dashboard is slightly different as well. Call the seller and of course he would not take the vehicle back.

Besides the interior the exterior had overspray on three fenders, door handles and bumpers were repainted, major dents on roof, headlight not aligned (most likely slight front end damage), different tires etc. Called the seller immediately after realizing these flaws which was about 1 hour after the documentation but he did not take the vehicle back. All of these were not described nor were they visible on the pictures.

Seller offered 500 usd plus I would receive the missing key and the center consol. Agreed on it as I had no other choice being in Tampa. So my deposit of 400 usd was refunded via Paypal. Now after two month I still have not received the remaining money, the key and the center consol. Sent several reminders and the seller indicated that they will be sent by the end of last week.

After sending another reminder he told all is ready to be sent but only if I leave a positive feedback which I denied due to the above reasons. But I promised that I would not leave a feedback at all which was not satisfying for him. I have his previous promise in writing to send me the missing items and he never mentioned anything about the positive feedback. I should have all the rights to get these items and the money which were promised to me, correct? What is the best way to file a complaint? Small Claim Court? Better Business Bureau? What are the chances? Everything is documentated on e-mail and via e-bay. I appreciate your feedback

Guess there is nothing I can do about the fraudulent content (pictures of a wrong interior) and the misleading exterior, correct? I pretty much want the promised items from the seller as agreed. There is no reason to hold these back because I do not leave a feedback.

They were selling the Waterpik WP-360 on EBAY. They advertised that besides the 2 piks that come in the manufacturers box, I would receive the following additional accessories: (3) standard jet tips (3) tongue cleaner jet tips (1) deep cleaning pik pocket tip (1) ortho tip to clean dental work

The package arrived with the waterpik in the manufacturer's box with the 2 piks that the manufacturer includes. However, the additional accessories Allbrands.com claimed they would send did not come. I contacted them via email & phone numerous times and each time I was told they would check into this. All I want are the accessories that was promised.

To date, they have not sent anything and the last communication from them informed me that I can return the product, but they will not send the advertised accessories. I do not want to return the product - I like the waterpik. I do, however, want the advertised accessories. They should be held accountable to send those to me as originally posted at EBAY. I do have a print out of what was posted. Thanks for our help.

Hi, owner of store was selling d&g bustier on ebay, I emailed and asked ifshe had a larger size. She did so I bought it directly and paid her via paypal, 250. I received bustier which was the wrong size, I sent her the item back after paying customs charge and return postage, total 322. She said she sent me replacement, never received and she did not provide proof of postage (i have proof of postage of the item i sent to her and she received it ok).

I have emailed 5 times and called the store twice and left messages. I know this is not a lot of money but it is the principal of her being so dishonest, the first time I called the store the sales assistant said the owner was on holiday till 1st August (i called one month ago)i gave her the benefit of the doubt that she would refund my mone via paypal on her return, I heard nothing!I called again the sales assistant confirmed she had passed the message, but still nothing, please advise.

322 out of pocket.

I have bought off ebay a number of times. Not so long ago i bought three item of which none of them i received. I contacted each seller and the problem was not sorted out. I then contacted ebay and again the problem was not sorted out.

The first item i bought was 2 playstation games from one seller. One game was called True Crime - New York City and the other game was called Just cause. The second purchase i made was a mobile phone called the Nokia N95. No where on the page did the seller say what was included. I soon found out that this sale was for just the accesories with out the phone. ( I had asked the seller as the page did not say what was included)But when i found out it was too late as i had all ready paid. I did not even recevie the accesories in the end. I then bought a SPV M600 which is a pocket pc / Phone in one from a seller

True Crime - New York City was 1.00 GBP, Just cause was 2.70 GBP. The shipping for these two items was 2.50 GBP. This brought the total purchase to 6.20 GBP . The Nokia N95 Came to 35 GBP and shipping was 20 GBP giving a total of 55 GBP. The SVP m600 came to 49.00 GBP and shipping was 8 GBP, giving a total of 57 GBP. The total of all the items which i paid for and i did not receive came to a total of 118.20 GBP
