ebay has this great scam. they give you a selling manager for 'free' when you open a store. when you close the store, you assume you are closing the store and all. But No, selling manager stays and then is no longer free! it's 4.99 a month. And they take it out of your bank account every month w/o most people even knowing.

i have won the items on march 23, paid 67.37 US on march 23 and bought shipping insurance (2.20 US) for a total of 69.57 US. contacted member on may 8th and he gave me a email saying he was looking into it and not to worry he will get back to me (never did) tried sending other emails without any replay.

opened dispute may 15. i was not aware that i had to close a dispute before it could move on and i thought i lost out on my win as i could not leave feedback or go through paypal with on ongoing dispute. i had recieved an email from ebay that my dispute was about to close and i had new life on the persute to retrieve my winnings. i had closed all disputes on june 19. what is my course of action. i have emails copies of everything. Ebay has to wait the 90 days to leave negitive feedback incase it can be resolved and it has the item is no longer valid after 90 days!

lost out on collector edition hockey cards that have already tripled in value. i have lost ALL credibility to ebay and not to mention the one item was a gift for my neighbour for helping me take care of my dog.

I ordered off of e-bay & 2 of my pre-paid packages have not been received. The sellers have receipts showing the packages were mailed to the correct address, but I never received them. Must be Grenada, Ms 38901 post office.

We are a Seller on eBay. We sold a item to a buyer, which ask for ship first, pay later. We denied and he left negative feedback, I quote: Counterfeit golf balls from China. Not Titleist Prov1''s. EBAY contacted.

Then we found out, he did that to another buyer for the same item as well. We left feedback for this buyer too, stating, that he makes false statements regarding us. We just found out, that this Feedback got removed and ours is still on. Then, we got an email from on of our customers saying, that this Buyer contacted him and tells him, not to buy from us. What can we do against him and what can we do against eBay to take this negative feedback of and get this buyer suspended???

We lost until today aboy 4000 USD.

I have attempted two computer purchases through eBay, both of which turned out to be through fradulent sellers. eBay has been in touch with me regarding these transactions but are of absolutely no help with recouping my losses and I am sure that despite their disclaimers they are ultimately responsible for any fraud perpetrated through their site. Do they not hold ultimate responsibility for verification of the sellers and the merchandise offered on their site?

They have removed the items from my items won list, but as far as I can tell that is all that they do and they don't seem to do much if anything to help prosecution of the sellers. I am interested in joing any class action lawsuit for buyers who have had this same experience. I strongly advise anyone condidering any purchases through eBay NOT TO DEAL WITH THEM!!!

I have lost over 1,000 through two fradulent transactions that took place on eBay.
