Ordered item for wife for Christmas - gave credit card # - next day I was called and told too many credit cards, would have to pay COD by money order. Item delivered was not what ordered. Inside box - receipt had right item - but item was totally different. Tried to contact 10 times, email and telephone - no reply (their guarantee - reply within 24 hours).

Supposed owner of company - 1FakeBag.com, Marcus Lewis - Tel # 877-221-1512. Ordered item from 1FakeBag.com supposedly in New York - order shipped from Tech Watch LLC - 51 North 3rd Street, Suite 159, Philadelphia, PA 19106 (Phone# 267-237-0378) - Receipt for item in box was from Jewelry Wholesale Outlet. Have sent 10 emails and phone both phone #s - only got recordings - and no return call.

Damage Resulting: Out $99.00 for price of a Christmas gift.
