Brett of Commerce, MI November 14, 2009 I paid to use the site. Right after I paid I tried to use the site. There were broken links on most pages. There were not documents for my state Michigan. I right away contacted the site and was told no refunds. But, I explained the site didn't work and I just tried to get it to work. I was told that it doesn't matter. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. The person I dealt with was just we have your money and you can't do anything about it. Also, the site seems to be outdated. I lost my 99 and got nothing for my money. phillip of monroe, LA June 20, 2009 my wife and I were looking to file for a divorce, a friend of hers recommend the website http://www.ourdivorceagreement.com I looked at it a bit , searched around to make sure it was not a scam or ripoff, which acutally was but in a different sense.the site requires you pay 99 for their service ,which we did. upon gainning access ,we were extremely dissatified with what we paid for and I made it a point to voice my extreme dissatisfaction to customer service. Their tech support responded to my email which is also their customer service , the lady could not understand why I blew up the first time, apparently they dont know in the normal world tech has totally diffferent meaning the lady who apparently said that I cannot get a refund due because they have a strict no-refund policy . apparently in their eyes they can do no wrong and no customer can ever be dissatified with service. They stated that they are willing to stick with you and provide what ever help that you need, basically anything but give your money. Again I voiced to them that I was not interested in their service, just wanted my money back. we thought that the service was what we needed but it was not. Again met with a stiff refusal to refund my money and they cited that we agreed to their policy when we signed up. They even noticed that we had not completed any of their forms which I told them that we wouldnt be cause we not interested with service, just want our money back. The only other way they supposely refund is you have to get service with another company and prove that it better than their service ,at which point they would refund you. Report Your Experience
