Concerning RANDESIGN -Personal Baby Products The letters posted on your site (in particular the 2 from 2007 and 8) were from a few angry customers that had posted these letters before we had the opportunity to correct their orders which we have done in each and every case. We address ALL of our customer complaints (very few considering the thousands of orders we take nationwide across the country each year). We'd appreciate a right to address the complaints and/or removal of them.

I ordered a personalized baby blanket and the birth month was printed wrong on the company's behalf. There is no phone number for the company just a fax number. I am writing a letter to the company stating my problem. I even called 411 to find their number but they said there is no randesign in beachwood ohio. I believe this to be a scam.

Well if this is an illegit company than Im out 17 dollars and they have my checking account number from the check i sent to pay them.
