On 10/10/01 I ordered a $12 personalized pillowcase from Randesign. It was received damaged. Over the past 2 weeks I have emailed to no avail. I request a full refund at this time and a postage paid label to be sent to me in order to return the damaged pillowcase. The company will not respond and does not provide a phone number.

Erika should write to the company's postal address, which is clearly indicated on its Web site (and above). However, she should be aware that the company is not obligated to pay the postage for returning the product.
