I ordered a personalized baby blanket and the birth month was printed wrong on the company's behalf. There is no phone number for the company just a fax number. I am writing a letter to the company stating my problem. I even called 411 to find their number but they said there is no randesign in beachwood ohio. I believe this to be a scam.

Well if this is an illegit company than Im out 17 dollars and they have my checking account number from the check i sent to pay them.

Well I ordered the personalized Blankets The Blue one and the Pink one and paid up to 34.00 dollars and that was in theFebruary the lasty week of February and I have not received anything and I cant find a number to contact them at or nothing and I'm reall angry. And they will give me back my money those blankets were for my babies and I don't even have them to enjoy.

The damage that resulted is that I didn't receive my blankets and now my money is gone. But i'm going to get it back some way some how.

overcharged pillow cases that I never received @200+$ they will not respond to my emails they never told me that I was going to be charged 200+$ what the hell kind of place of business are they?

I ordered a baby blanket and the order form said to allow 3-4 weeks. After 6 weeks, I e-mailed them. They called me back and said it would be sent off that friday. After I finally received the blanket almost 8 weeks after it was paid, the name was misspelled.

The blanket was for my husband's newborn nephew. It was supposed to be a going away gift because they were moving out of state. Well, it didn't get here when it was supposed to. So, now we have to mail it out of state when the fixed blanket gets here, whenever that will be.

My VISA Credit Card was billed for $56.71 by this Identity. I did not buy or order anything from them. I don't know who they are or what services and/or goods they sell.

On 10/10/01 I ordered a $12 personalized pillowcase from Randesign. It was received damaged. Over the past 2 weeks I have emailed to no avail. I request a full refund at this time and a postage paid label to be sent to me in order to return the damaged pillowcase. The company will not respond and does not provide a phone number.
