Please remove my last complaint about ShopSeating submitted on November 5th. They ended up shipping me an upgraded product at a discount after I complained on your website. I dealt with every member of the staff and they were nice.

I ordered the Eames Lounger in Palisander. I was charged and paid for sale item. Was advertised as 2 week delivery, after 6 weeks of calling they cannot sell Palisander-false advertising. So I switched to Walnut and everytime I call it's supposed to get into their warehouse that very day. 9 weeks later and this is obviously a scam, I am trying to get my money back ASAP. They do have friendly customer service but they lie and are forgetful.

They have false advertising. I was going to buy some barcelona chairs, and some ghost chairs from them for one of my clients...but realized that they are not a certified re-seller of those products. ShopSeating cannot sell those models unless they say "replica" or "style"....which they do not do.

I have two complaints about this company. They claim their barcelona chairs are all leather....I brought it to a furniture store and they said it is clearly NOT leather...i tried to get a refund, but they wouldn't even come close to compromising. Secondly, I checked their information on nextag.com It is more than obvious that they write their own reviews about their site. There was one bad claim against them....then, all the sudden, they wrote about 10 reviews saying great things....and then there wasn't any other reviews for about 20 days. It is more than suspicious.
