I ordered cigarettes from them, found them unsatisfactory, sent them back, asked them to credit my account and not to send any more to me.

On September 10 they sent another shipment to me and billed my account again. I called them told them to take me off their mailing address.

Keith needs to contact his credit card company and dispute the charges. He should also send a certified letter to the company, if he can find their mailing address. We can't.
