Then finally in November, after I had received my credit card statement which billed me for the entire order that I did not receive, I received an email from someone named Jason. He asked what was missing from my order (although it was clearly stated on the message he was responding to). I explained in more detail with all the order numbers and quantities what was missing. He has never responded. I have never received my refund for goods never received. They don't really seem to be concerned even though it would be obvious if they researched the shipment and found the package to be unusually light considering the number of items that should have been in it. It is horrible customer service and now I'm out 50 pounds. |
