I do not want my personal information ready available to the public. I have emailed this company five times to delete/remove my information and have sent a written notice twice. I have yet to hear from them or see my information removed. This is an invasion of privacy. I pay my phone company to keep my number unlisted and here it is listed on the internet.

I saw my name on the Zaba site. I am angry that my personal information is being displayed. I was a victim of identity theft and I thought that I had taken the necessary measures to protect myself. I've placed my name on do not call list and websites but Zaba has published my information anyway.

I have repeatedly requested my name and all personal information be removed from the Zabasearch database. As of this date, all information is still available. I have written two letters to Oklahoma's Attorney General Drew Edmondson, as well as one letter to Oklahoma's Governor Brad Henry. I have received no reply from either of these offices. It appears that no one wants to address this issue of privacy invasion. The action of Zabasearch, and all other websites offering personal information, leaves the door wide open for identity theft.

I am livid that this type of activity is legal and am equally disgusted that the government does not care enough for its law abiding citizens to intervene and pass a law to make it illegal to make private information available for the entire world to see.

I requested all information about me be removed from Zaba.  I thought it was removed at one time and now I discover it is on there again.

Zaba has been very slow to block/delete/remove my data, even though I complied with their stated requirements for doing so in a letter dated Feb. 28, 2007. They've compromised my privacy. I've written to my state congressman and representative about this issue, naming ZabaSearch in particular, and calling for meaningful legislation against such data brokers.
