Malsons Bulldogs

Stephanie of Long Beach CA (5/19/04):
We purchased an English Bulldog from Alice Malson 6 weeks ago. When we purchased the dog, she provided us with a contract that stated that she would send this dog's AKC papers within 15 days of purchase. We have NOT received these papers and have made several attempts to reach Alice regarding this matter. We paid $1600 for this dog.

Without the AKC papers we are unable to breed this dog or enter it into competitions.

Stephanie should go to Small Claims Court.
