I bought a HEALTHY HOOPS toy for my 8 month old puppy. I gave it to him, went into the kitchen started heating up soup, checked on him & the kids, he was still playing with it, so I went back into the kitchen. I check again 10 mins. later, he was alittle too quiet & I found him with the inner parts scattered all over the carpet & in his mouth. I took the toy away & took pictures of the damaged toy. I could not believe that he destroyed it that fast, literally within 20 mins from giving it to him, he destroyed it. I was so upset, because the inner parts could cause an obstruction in his intestines or worse. It makes me so mad. He is only 38 lbs. & is an 8 month old Terrier mix....thank god he wasn't a bigger dog. I know this was a toy to be played with my dog, but at the same time I did not think it could harm him if he just chewed on it for a short while.
