Pettags.com Responds

Company response

The company responds:

I don't understand how you can have complaints floating around about companies like mine, pettags.com, before you check and see if they are legitimate. It would behoove you to check with the companies before you do. You may be liable for untrue advertising. I would like the chance to respond to these untrue allegations first. If I do not hear from you I will have to resort to legal action.

We have been in business for over 16 years and produce millions of orders, sent by mail, for pet owners. Sometimes they are lost in the mail. We always respond if the consumer gets in touch with us. We have 4 ways for them to do so. Mail, email, fax and phone. If they try they will easily be able to contact us. But they would rather complain, and those that do are the kind that will NEVER be satisfied and you give them a forum for this. You should be ashamed.
