Regina of Bronx, NY, writes:

This was an order I placed through the internet with petxpress.com.  sent a money order for the amount of $337.83 and this company has not responded to my repeated e mails or telephone calls regarding the status of my order that I have not received since it was placed on 10/4/99.

I have not received my merchandise.

Regina's not the only one who had this problem. The Federal Trade Commission has taken action against the company, which faces a $100,000 penalty (story).
