No Boundaries Sportswear

Faribault, MN

Robin of Kenyon MN (12/30/04):
I bought a coat for my son as a Christmas present. When I bought it my daughter asked, if it does not fit can we get our money back, being that I had paid cash. The women working stated, "yeah no problem." I later learned it was not to his liking, and would be too big on him. I then researched the item of clothing on the internet and realized the clothing was gang-related. I did not want my son wearing a coat that is related to gangs.

I then went to the store to return it. The same woman who was working when I bought it was rude, she stated in-store credit or exchange only. The coat cost $49.99, so I gave her a penny for the difference, and asked if I could get two $25 gift certificates. She then stated that my husband and I were being rude, and she called mall security.

She did not give me in-store credit, or time to make an exchange. I later called and talked to her husband. I told him that I was going to send my daughter over the coat, so she could do an in-store exchange and pick something out for herself. He said that being that his wife, who was working at the store the two previous times, told him we were rude, that he would not give us an exchange or in-store credit. He then laughed at me, and hung up.
