Adabel of Boston writes (6/27/01):
On July 22,2001, I purchased a bracelet with light purple stones all around it. Before I left the store I was informed by the saleslady that the item could not be returned.

When I got home that evening I realized it was missing one of the stones. I called the store and the lady I spoke to told me that I was basically stuck with it. Their policy was all clearance items are final. I told her that I did not want to return it all I wanted was for it to be fixed.

So basically I am out $99.23 which I charged to a credit card, and stuck with a bracelet that is missing a stone. I would like to know if there is anything I could do about my bracelet.

Since Adabel was notified that all clearance sales were final, we would say she's out of luck.
