    Would like to recognize Cassandra from Colonial Heights VA for providing truly exceptional customer service. If there were a score higher than 100, she would deserve it. From the moment we entered the club, Cassandra greeted every member with a warm smile and genuine kindness. She went above and beyond her duties by assisting members with carts, answering questions, and making everyone feel welcome. What stood out most was seeing her patiently help an elderly woman who appeared to be struggling. She treated her with compassion, respect, and care.

    Cassandra's positive attitude brightened the entire store. She was not only helpful to me, but to every member she encountered. It was clear that she genuinely cares about people and takes pride in her work. Her friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere, and I noticed many customers smiling and responding positively to her greetings.

    My family and I have shopped at this club many times, and Cassandra is one of the few employees who consistently acknowledges members and makes them feel valued. She is professional, hardworking, and has a truly kind heart. Please recognize Cassandra for her outstanding service. She is an excellent representative of Sam's Club and a wonderful example of what great customer service should look like. Employees like her make customers want to keep coming back.

    Yesterday I was trying to use those self pay machines & got confused, luckily Dean (female) saw my distress, came over & helped me with such patience & great smile, she also told me how I can earn 5 points for shopping & card has no annual fee.       Great service at Sam’s Club! Scan & Go is honestly the best feature and their customer service completely blew my mind. We accidentally scanned a product twice and didn’t realize it until we got home. We went back to the store, explained what happened, and they adjusted the price with no hassle at all. We had a very similar situation at Costco before — a product was scanned twice, we noticed after getting home, and when we went back they told us we should have caught it before leaving the store. Sam’s Club simply honored our word and made it right. That level of trust and customer care really stands out. Definitely appreciated!

      I shop at Sam's Club in Brunswick, Ga quite often. I do not have any complaints about the employees. Every time I had to interact with the employees, they have been very pleasant. Each time I checked out of Sam's Club, my bill was never less than $100 plus. Check the records. However, your policy about the Sam's cash is outdated. When I tried to use the Sam's cash, after presenting my ID, the supervisor said the primary person needed to be present. When my husband and I opened the account, years ago, no one mentioned anything about the primary person. I consider myself primary. We have been married for 40 plus years, I don't need my husband's permission to buy anything and therefore, I shouldn't have to have him present to use the Sam's cash that's a percentage of my spending at the store.

      In 1974, the Equal Credit Opportunity Act was passed giving women the legal rights to open credit cards and bank accounts without their spouse co-signing. Now, you have a policy, at Sam's in 2026, that in order for a person to use the Sam's cash, they have to be listed as the primary. Our account is joint. We are married, my ID proves that we are living together showing the same address and last name, what other proof do you need? I have shopped at Sam's on several occasions and had credit that I refused to use because of the hassle that the primary person can only use the Sam's cash.

      My husband doesn't shop at Sam's anymore, I do. When we initially opened the account, I paid. He never came home to tell me he needed me present to cash out a credit. Why is that? Women don't ask men for permission to buy things anymore. Please get with the new laws and reevaluate your policy. I have decided not to shop at Sam's anymore. I don't need the aggravation.

      I like shopping at Sam's. They have good products. The quality has dropped dramatically. I started shopping at Sam's in the 80's. I will buy Sam's products but I will never allow them to ship anything to me again. They use FEDEX. FEDEX is the worst transportation company in the world. This is not with Sam's but FEDEX held a shipment on their truck from Monday till Friday of the same week. They had the package out for delivery for 5 day. On that Friday evening at approx 6pm they marked it as delivered. I was watching the driveway that whole week. They never entered my drive way. I never received that package. Now with my last Sam's shipment. They delivered one box but the second box has never made it and it has been about a week and a half since the first day it was marked as out to delivery.

      I've been a member for 2 years now. They never have half the items I order. I currently have over 100 dollars tied up in items that were canceled. It takes over week for the amount to update on my card and to get my money returned. I don't have tons of money to just go reorder everything right away. This seems to happen quite often and I'm left without any of the items I was needing. Very displeased on how this is handled.

      I actually love Sam’s Club, but I HATE that they ship through FedEx so I am trying my best to make them switch to a new carrier service. Continually my packages have been busted open and retapped, they arrive FILTHY - covered in gravel dust from the driver leaving the back door open while plowing down country roads, they rarely arrive when estimated - our local FedEx hub out of Danville, IL will track a package as ‘loaded on carrier vehicle, delivery: today’ and the package arrives the following day, they nearly always dump the box at the end of our driveway as the drivers are afraid of our dogs, however, if they had come on the expected day our dogs would be locked up for their comfort. So, Sam’s Club, please switch to a better carrier service!!

      1-Star Review – Very Disappointing Customer Service. I am extremely disappointed with the customer service I received from Sam's Club. On Friday evening, I purchased a sofa and recliner online. By the next morning, I had changed my mind and contacted customer service to cancel the order. The items had not shipped yet, so I assumed canceling would be a simple process. Instead, the customer service representative told me that the order had already been "processed" and could not be canceled. I was then told that I would have to wait for a shipping confirmation email and call back in hopes that they could notify the shipper before the items were sent. If they were unable to stop the shipment in time, I would be forced to accept delivery and then go through the return process for furniture that I never wanted in the first place.

      This policy makes no sense. The order had not shipped when I requested the cancellation, yet no one was willing or able to help resolve the issue. It has now been four days since my initial request, and I still do not have a resolution or confirmation that the order has been canceled. A company of this size should have a more customer-friendly cancellation process, especially when a customer contacts them before an order ships. Instead, I have spent days dealing with uncertainty, multiple contacts, and the possibility of having to coordinate the return of large furniture items that I tried to cancel almost immediately after ordering. Very frustrating experience and poor customer service. I expected much better from Sam's Club. ⭐☆☆☆☆

      We have always purchased from Costco’s but decided to make a large purchase from Sam’s Club but unfortunately, they rely on FedEx and cannot deliver. Twice, so far, they have scheduled our delivery of a 335 lb item and had to cancel a few hours before delivery. Unlike Costco, they don’t offer White Glove so the item whenever delivered will only come to the threshold and we have had help waiting to assist us to get the item in its permanent place that we have had to cancel last minute. As of today, our item is more than eight days late and I have spent countless hours on the phone with both Sam’s and FedEx to no avail. Save yourself the frustration and don’t purchase from Sam’s Club.

      I purchased a Sam’s Club membership so that I could buy a mattress online for my daughter. I purchased the mattress online to ship to my house. The order was cancelled after 15 minutes. I chatted with customer service and they couldn’t tell what the problem was so they escalated the issue and said I’d receive a response within 24 hours. I never received that response so I went ahead and ordered it again. It was cancelled again. So I tried chatting with customer service again. Same response - can’t do anything, must escalate the issue.

      I have literally ordered the mattress 7 freaking times! I’ve chatted and talked to customer service on the phone 8 times! The item is in stock according to customer service. There is no issue with my bank or credit cards I’ve used. And I’ve received NO RESPONSE from the escalated customer service claim and it’s been well over A WEEK. The sale is about to end so I had a friend order the mattress for me and it went through just fine. I WANT MY $55 MEMBERSHIP FEE BACK AND I’M WILLING TO GET A LAWYER IF IT'S NOT REFUNDED! You don’t make people buy a membership and then refuse to let them buy anything. This is fraud! This company’s lack of customer service is mind blowing.
