On Dec 25th I received a pair of boots from my husband. He purchased these on Dec. 22nd. I wore them for aprox 2 1\2 days. On Dec. 27th, I noticed two holes in the left boot. I never wore them again. On Dec. 30th I returned them to the store. And was asked to leave them so the owner could look at them. I left them and went home.

On Dec. 31, I received a call in the morning from the owneer. He told me to come pick up my boots. I asked if he fixed them or if it was another pair. He told me, "Go bullshit someone else," that he wasn't going to honor anything, that my husband didnt just buy them. I told him the clerk saw my receipt. He said too bad, he still didn't believe me. I told him I would see him in court. He laughed and I hung up.

I called my husband crying. And gave him the number from where the owner just called. When my husband called him he also told my husband he didn't believe him. Then he said, "Your wife is a slob, tell her to come get her boots." Then he hung up. I do have the receipt from the purchase and from when I left the boots for him to look at.
