It's a crying shame when a 100% disabled Vietnam vet (myself) after filling the disability cart, has to unloaded the cart and put it another cart to take it out of the store. With the cart people standing around and doing nothing! Talk about being lazy!

Someone stole my business banking info and passed checks at Walmart. Two different Walmarts in the Columbia SC area. The total amount stolen was 1300.00 in one week. I was able to recover the money but now the company Telecheck has filed a collection against me for the money! My money that someone stole! It far from over-- how does it happen?

I decided to test my local walmart in Orangeburg SC; I wrote a personal check for 189.00 and the cashier did [not] even request to see ID. I asked her the store policy- she referred me to the Walmart Customer Mgr. She apologized and said it was policy and was not sure why the cashier did not follow policy. Walmart needs to be held responsible for not following the own policy and the protection of the consumer. It appears they are only interested in getting the money no matter where it comes from or who they hurt. Americans needs to stand up to this criminal practice.

I occurred bank fees for NSF. I had to explain the fruad charges to the company Board of Directors and be scrutinized by the board for my careless and risky management of their funds; which is not true. I've worked the company for four years and would never jepordize its financial stability. I had to hire and attorney to fight the collections!! This is all unreal.

i ordered a picture throw blanket for my mom for xmas. they called on the 19th of dec to say it was ready. i did not have the money to pick it up until the 23rd i went on the 24th at around 1030 am they could not find it. they were supposed to call me as soon as it was found. now i thought [they] were open until 8pm and since by 7pm no call from photo lab i call them. the same woman i spoke with that morning answered and said we are closed.

i said well i want to know if you ever found my mothers gift? i was there earlier. i said my name. she said oh yeah the throw we did find it but now we are closed. and wont be open til the 26th. so that ruined my gift for my mother. why didnt they call me when it was found. i had no present for mom on xmas morning! i order a 100.00 gift and its still there because of non caring employee

I was recently in Bozeman Montana. I was there for a funeral, and my watch battery died. I drove to the Walmart, about 5 miles early in the morning of the funeral to get a new battery. The saleswoman would not sell me one because my watch was not sold by them. I said I would take the back off but she told me I would have to go to a local jewelry store.

When I explained that I was going to a funeral and did not know where the mall was and that I would not have time to go because of the funeral she was rude and said too bad she could not help me. I was from out of town and would have opened the watch myself had she given me the tool. I know that [they] only will replace batteries to watches that [they] sell, but in an emergency that this was, a little leeway would have been appreciated.
