I went to the rest room at this store around 4 pm in the afternoon. I was with my girlfriend and her family. They went shoping and i went to the restroom.I saw a man standing there by the door in the front of the store. But I dsidnt think much about it. I went in the door and this man follow me. We were the only 2 in this room at this time. He ask me if I spoke spansih? i said no he said can I see can I touch about 5 are 6 times we were still alone in this restroom. I started yelling for this man to back off no one come in the room. When I walk out the door I ask the lady in the front if she would call security. She did and a lady showed up with a radio she call for help.

I told her I was sexually hasrassed in the restroom. I am 6' tall and I wiegh about 265 I dont thik these ladies could have pulled me off this man are this man off me. There is no male secutriy at thi store. I talk to a deputy Sheriff at the scene. He told me he will not let his wife shop at this store becoase of this problem.

I visited this particular Wal-Mart on Easter Sunday and was completely disappointed. There was trash strewn across the parking lot, every buggy belonging to the store appeared to be strewn across the parking lot, the inside of the store looked like it had been ransacked and it was very dirty and the associates were not very friendly.

I would not recommend anyone shopping at this particular store.

After I waited in the check out line, where there were 20 check outs, but only 3 open,FOR 20 minutes I got to the cashier and she was extriemly rude and jerked the products out of my hand and was cursing under her breath. She slapped the change into my hand where it went into the floor. She didn't have any polite speech during my visit. and I am very upset with HUMBOLDT TENNESSEE wal-mart.

I am very upset with this type of service comming from the main buisness I shop at. I will find another place to get my service for my family.

You have retired people as greeters, which I appreciate, but they should warn Seniors not to shop at Wal Mart on entering the store, the way in, so they don't waste their time. Your store policies do not encouraged Senior single woman to shop at your stores.

I tried to buy a toy racecar for my grandson for Christmas. I could not find anyone that would help me put the box in the cart. When I did finally get it in the cart, the basket wheels would not roll properly and the cart kept pulling to the right. I had to maneuver up and down many aisltes, because during shopping hours there were huge piles of boxes in the aisles blocking the way to the cashiers area.

Finally I get to the cashier and she wanted me to turn the cart around in the checkout line so she could scan the box. The cart didn't roll properly, I could not maneuver the box by myself well. She asked me to move the box three times, when all she had to do was come out from behind the counter and scan it. She was too lazy to walk 2 or 3 steps to scan the box. I was so frustrated by the time I got out of the store, I felt like I would never return to Wal Mart again.

Some of your policies regarding the purchase of the item I bought was ridiculous. I live alone, so I had no one available to help me with this item. I asked if I could pay for it and then return in a short while with someone else to pick it up. I was told I could not do this, if I bought the item I had to take it with me right then. This is ridiculous for a person in my situation and I'm sure many more.

You do nothing to help your Senior shoppers. I'm sure a lot of Seniors shop at Wal Mart because they are on fixed incomes, but as far as I'm concerned, I'd be happy to pay a little more to get some customer assistance.

On the evening of December 20, 2006 at 5:30pm I was shopping with my handicapped Mother who is in a wheelchair with limited use of her legs. She needed to use the ladies room and I asked the the greeter for if I could have someone accompany and assist me by guarding the ladies room door from anyone coming in while I helped my Mother to the restroom. She point blank said as a man I could not go into the ladies room. As one of my Mothers occasional care givers I have to assist her and in getting out of her wheelchair. I have never had any problems or issues in the past with places I take my Mother to.

I informed her she was showing signs of handicapped discriminaton and she brused me off and said to see one of the ladies in the red vests if I had a problem. I then proceeded to do just that and was immediately assisted with getting my Mother to the restroom with no questions asked.

I don't want a major issue made out of this. I just think that Wal Mart needs to be made aware of this and that an employee like this can possibly get them into bigger trouble or charged fines. This is like telling a blind person they can't bring their guide dog into a business. Maybe they need to review with their employees the rights that a handicapped person has and how to show a little empathy.
