Jane of Camillus, NY August 7, 2009

I purchased a 10# bag of white sugar from said Walmart (distributed out of Walmart, Bentonville, Ar. 72716) and found a tip of an acrylic fingernail, with some blue in it as I dumped the sugar in my large container. No one at my home has acrylics, it's just my husband and I that reside here.

we bought great value purified drinking water with flavor enhancing minerals 24-500ml 0 78742 11433 0 puchase date 07-27-2009 distributed by/bentonville, Ar 72716 NGK03121B

At first we thought it was our cooking of a different product when my wife had a big pain in her stomach but over the next couple days when making our daughter her formula.. Simalac her eating habits changed. she spit up alot and cried more. we thought it was the weather. i finally tasted the water today my self. and over the few days of experience. ive concluded the problems we are having is the drinking water listed. above. from birth our 3.5 month old daughter has only had bottled watter.

we stopped by the nearest store at the moment monday night and picked up a pack of 24 bottled lowest priced bottled water at the KENNEWICK WALMART ON 27TH AVENUE. WASHINGTON 99336. my tasting this water at 915 am today it tasted dry and not so good.

I asked my wife this morning if she had drank the water last night. she said yes and she did have stomach cramps. we have stopped using the water immediately and hope this can be resolved. Question.. shall we take it back to the store or hold onto this water for further investigation?

I was in Walmart shopping & it was so hot I had to pull my sweat rag out of my purse to wipe my face.I was told Walmart is cutting down the air & shutting it off at night.I have a breathing problem with 2 spots on my lungs & I cant breath if it is so hot.So I will go back to Walmart 1 more time to buy my groceries & if it is still so hot that it makes me sweat & cant breath I will no longer shop at walmart.I will go to a store that is not making cuctomers suffer while they shop. What will Walmart do when some worker has a heat stroke in the store from putting up stock & getting to hot? Is it really good for all that food to get hot then cool then hot again,I was also asking my self if that could be good for their products to get hot then cool.

Valerie of Overland Park, KS June 29, 2009

I went shopping at the Walmart across the street from my residence and was in the store for about 30-45 minutes. My mouth became dry and I started to feel funny. When I reached the register I desperately searched for a drink as I was very hot and thirsty. It was at this time I realized there was no air conditioning on in the store! We have had 90+ degree weather and daily heat advisories. I was almost ready to pass out and I'm only 28 years old. I can't imagine how OSHA could permit all the employees and senior citizens going into this store and the potential for heat exhaustion.

Something needs to be done about this and I am posting this hoping whoever sees this can notify the correct people as I'm still looking into this. It made me very upset as a customer that Walmart would be so neglectful. I believe the company has the financial capacity to provide this basic necessity for its customers and employees.

Arnold of Dallas, TX June 27, 2009

The receipt offers 1,000 possible winner after a survey. Open the website and it says YOU ARE A WINNER--PROCEED TO GET YOUR 1,000 WAL-MART Shopping card. They gather private information then start offers after offer with your private information already inserted to the products you don't take and keep skipping ahead until the end--BUY THESE FIRST and then you MIGHT be eligible for the 1,000 SHopping Card.

Well I canceled everything but too late after they inserted my personal information into about 15 product databases. This is a bold faced SCAM.---I booted up my email and there they were--15 offers to go to college to flying to the moon.

This is outrageous an invasion of privacy, a manipulation on the Wal Mart name, and I will never buy anything from Wal Mart and will be telling my friends of the SCAM. This is an unconscionable abuse --the old Carny barkers suck in---

J. of Graham , TX June 24, 2009

I was in your store (WALMART) today and watched the service people suffer in the 100+ degree heat that they were working in. I asked one of the TLE personel if they had any Air Conditioning for their work area. He said " No, it doesn't work, we only have these evaporative coolers and they are threating to take them away from us. We have a large evaporative unit on the roof but they won't fix it. It's been like this for two years."

There is no way I would work any employees under these conditions. YOU are putting these peoples lives in jeporady because of the extrem heat. YOU get out of your climate controlled office and go to work for one hour in a hot box. See how you feel and how well you can operate. Don't tell me that you cannot afford to repair one evaporative cooling unit. Ya'll waste more in 5 minutes than it would cost to repair that unit. Get up and fix their cooling unit before you have someone drop because of heatstroke! That hospital bill will sure be more than a repair bill on a cooling unit. You just don't treat employees like this.

Tammy of Dallas, TX June 23, 2009

I am a business owner in the area and shop at this Walmart almost daily. I went there this morning and purchased 66.00 worth of goods. Upon entering the check lane I discovered my cell phone had been removed from the front pocket of my purse.I had taken it out of my bra and put it in my purse right befor entering the store. My purse was in the child carrier section of the buggy. I asked the check out clerk to please call my # and see if it would ring which she did and it went immediately to voice mail. That ment it had been turned off and I never turn it off because it is for my business.

I realized immediately it had been stolen. When I asked the store employees about checking the cameras they refused. They said the cameras probably weren't working proper. The Dallas police officer that was working security was busy texting on his phone and said " Oh the cameras probably aren't pointed in the right direction cause we're remodeling" He didn't even offer to get a unit to take a report or anything.

Almost everyone in the store at that time were employees and I have a strong feeling it was an inside job so they don't want to get involved. That was a 400 Samsung Eternity with internet and GPS and was barely a month old and I feel they should be more concerned than that.

susan of haltom city, TX June 19, 2009

I frequently visit several different wal marts in our area. This is Texas in the summer and it is hot! I've noticed the stores getting hotter and hotter and upon inquiring i have been told that corporate has told the walmart stores to stop keeping the stores as cool. As much money as they bring in every year I think they can afford to keep the store cool. I'm going to target.

lydia of prairie grove, AR June 18, 2009

the store is so warm by the time i get to check it feels like iv,e been in a sauna

beverly of jeffersosnville, KY June 14, 2009

My husband was doing an online survey supposedly on walmart website where we would be eligible for 1000, gave them our phone #. On our AT&T bill was a charge of 9.99 for subscription to news prediction game by Predicto, I am furious. I haven't called at&t yet but I will, I will not pay this. I have canceled by texting "stop" to the short code. We have learned a lesson but what can be done to stop this? So far just a charge of 9.99 of which I am going to refuse to pay and lots of phone calls from college degree specialists, window replacement, etc. Annoying calls.
