Linda of Bayamon P.R. (05/30/05)
Bextra was rx for my muscular pain by FSE(Worker's Compensation in P.R.) advise my doctor I was suffering hallucinations with product, but they say was normal. There was a recently recall of patients using Bextra or Celebrex on my state Puerto Rico, but because I was sick I can't Attended to visit Lawyer's from Usa coming to get info. I want to know if you know something about it.

My damage using bextra was sickness, nauseas, allusination all time, and my vision was affected per a period of time. Decided to not continue to take medication and symptoms disappeared  a week or two later.

Claudette of Grass Valley CA (11/13/04)
I was prescribed the drug Bextra by an emergency room physician. I had the prescription filled at the above pharmacy. I was not warned of the risks of Bextra, which I saw on TV are the same as Vioxx. Possible Heart attack and stroke. I would not have filled this prescription had I know the risks and I feel the patient should be made aware of this by the pharmacist.

I called the pharmacy to see if I could return the drug as I am not going to take it. I paid $54.00 for this prescription and was told they would not refund my money. It is there responsibity to inform the patient of the risks. The pharmacist told me there were tests going on to see if there was an increase in strokes and heart attacks with this drug. I do not feel I should be a guinea pig.
