4 new prescriptions were dropped off to be filled. Three for me and one for wife. Went to pick them up an hour later. When I got home I saw that the Atenol 25mg had my name on the bottle not wife. I also had my blood pressure filled which was not Atenol. How Kaiser approved two for me is another story.

When I called pharmacy the head pharmacist stated we are human and all make mistakes. Prescriptions are suppose to be checked by two people. What would have happened if I did not look at bottle and took it? I called 1-800 riteaid and they swept it under rug.

I have to refill my prescriptions monthly and everytime I go I pay a different copay on the same drugs. Well, this last time I got a refill of my blood pressure medicine and the copay was about 1.50 more than normal. I said to myself wow how am I supposed to know what I'm supposed to pay? Well, I took my meds like usual, but something seemed off. I look at the pill and it is totally different than the pill that I normally take. It is bigger, has different coloring, and though it has the same markings on one side they are different on the other side. My normal prescription is Diovan HCT 160-25 Marking NVR HXH and what they gave me is Diovan HCT 320-25! They dispensed double my normal dose!!

I was feeling lethargic and weak, with muscle pain. I went online and compared the medicine that I have with what I normally get and will not take my second dose today.

Purchased a Large Plush Christmas Bone Pet Toy (Item #9100371-MMVIII) from Rite Aid. Toy made by Owners Choice Pet Toys. Tag on the toy says This toy should be taken away from pet if tears, seam openings or damage is detected. Under WARNING it says, FOR SAFETY SAKE, REMOVE ALL OF THE PLASTIC TAG HOLDERS, THESE ARE NOT PART OF THE ITEM. We did this and give the toy to our dog. A seam did come undone and she eat the stuffing material.

The dog became ill and we had to take her to the vet. She was operated on and they discovered that the stuffing was lodged in her intestines causing peritonites. She died from this. Amount owed will exceed 1,000.00.We would not have purchased or give our dog such a toy had we known that it would have killed her. WE FEEL THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN ON THE WARNING LABEL AND CONSUMERS SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS! OUR PUPPY WAS ONLY 14 MONTHS OLD.

My sister and I were shopping at the grocery store next to rite aid when our daughter decided they wanted to go next door to rite aid to make a purchase. We followed them over there when we were finished shopping af the grocery store. When we entered the store we noticed the clerk following them around however she did not offer any assistance to any of us. I told my neice to hurry up and pay for her items because I was a little irritated. She goes up to one of the registers and the clerk passes by her and goes to the next register. Instead of telling her to come over she just stood there looking stupid.

So the manager comes by as I'm talking to my sister about the rude cashier and she says well maybe she thought she was still shopping. I said She didnt even acknowledge her, She tells me to mind my own business and I told her that she was my neice. She says What is she 12? I said she is still a juvenile. I told her she was very rude and she told me I could just get out of her store, and thats what I did cause I may have lost my cool and my religion. What kind of customer service was that!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN AND I'M GONNA KEEP COMPLAINING UNTIL THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT THEIR RUDE MANAGER! I HAVE NEVER HAD AN EXPERIENCE LIKE THAT
