Richard of Staten Island writes:
I bought the Legrand Fast Cash programs. It's a program
that shows you how to buy houses cheep with no or little money
down. The price was $200, which I charged to my credit card.
The program also states 60-day moneyback guarantee. Well, it
has only been 2 weeks now and I am trying to return it so i
can get a refund. They gave a number to call and I have left
pleanty of messages on there. I have called there at 10 in the
morning up until 10 at night and no one answer the phone.
Richard needs to get off the phone and write a letter to
the company telling them he is exercising his option to return
the program, which he should enclose with the letter. He should
also notify his credit card company that he is disputing the
sale -- in writing, not by phone.
