I noticed an automatic debit on my bank statements for $14.95 which at the time I thought was for a magazine subscription I had just ordered. It was around the holidays and I noticed about a month later the same transaction. I called my bank to find out what company was receiving the funds and I was advised it was going to a company called IOL Publishing/US Bank.

I spoke to someone there by the name of Tim, who advised me that they act on behalf of Annuities Web & Internet Co. He then gave me the number and name of person to speak to there. It turns out that this is a rated-X website that I had no knowledge of. I never ordered this service and I don't know who would have. I explained this to Eileen at Annuities. She stated that she would send a copy of the bank statements showing the debit but that she could only refund 3 mos.

After research I found that this debit was occurring for at least 12 mos. I sent the copies to Annuities by certified mail. ... This was 3 mos ago and I still have not received my refund.
