Kandyce of Mobridge, SD May 1, 2008

Kandyce of Mobridge SD (05/01/08)
I received a credit card from this trilegiant corp find out its on a big complaint list I didnt order this it came in the mail.. I dont know how they got my mailing address.. I dont know if they are taking this further but I am cutting the card up and throwing it away. The card says, Great Fun!

No damage or anything just wanted to report this card to you so you know about this company.

This company has been charging unauthorized charged to my checking account for months. My fault for not noticing sooner but they need to be delt with.

Fortunatley, I bank with USBank and they are allowing me to file a fraud claim againt them and are refunding these charges.

They have been charging my check card for 11.99 for two months now & I know I never bought or agreed to deal with this company.

Mr. of Clovis, NM April 27, 2008

My last statement from CHASE VISA CARD had a charge for TLG ID SECURE on it for 74.99. I called Chase and was told they have an agreement with the TLG company and I should call TLG to get this unauthorized billing corrected. Needless to say, that will be the last time I use CHASE. I am not paying this charge this month but was told it could take 3 months to get the refund posted. WHAT A SCAM!!!

I resent having to take time out of my schedule to call and etc. just to get this removed from my card.

Carrie of Austin, TX April 25, 2008

Carrie of Austin TX (04/25/08)
I just booked a hotel room for my mom on hotwire. After booking it, I continued through to a screen that said something like Click here for your 10% savings. That would buy a nice little breakfast so I did so. Next thing I know, I'm on the Big Fun site trying to find a way to opt out of the one free month and subsequent billings of 12.95 a month.

So I wrote them an email, wrote hotwire an email and linked them to this page, and looked up the Connecticut Consumer Fraud department since Trilegiant is located in Connecticut. That office is a joke. Clicking goes nowhere and their numbers are out of service.

I haven't had any damage from Trilegiant yet, but I just know they're going to scam me. I know this charge will be impossible to remove from my credit card and I just cannot afford this mess. It should be illegal for one website to transfer credit card information to another. Why is that not illegal yet? I guess my damage is major worry, frustration, violation and complete loss of trust of hotwire.
