On Dec. 23, 2001 we put a deposit on a gun of $700.00. The following week we decided not to make the purchase and asked if our deposit could be returned. Mr. Bortz had no problem with refunding the money. However, as of this date we have not received our deposit back. We have contacted Mr. Bortz several times and he has promised to put the check in the mail. Today is March 19, 2002 and we still have not received our money back. We have lost $700.00. He had no problem refunding the money. Where is it?
