Amelia of Fort Washington, MD May 11, 2009 I went into the store to make a purchase of a rotisserie chicken. When I got there, they had a two signs advertising a "meal deal" with the rotisserie chicken, two sides, and a bag of rolls for 8.88. when I went to the register it rang up as 18. I told the cashier about the sign and he told me there was nothing he could do about it. I insisted on speaking to a manager. The shift manager's name is sheila who explained to me that the selection for the day was pizza. I told her that if it was pizza the sign should be over the pizza and not the chicken. She told me she would get me "as close to the advertised" price as possible. I was charged 12. The point is most customers do not follow sales papers. They are advertising one thing in the store and another in the "paper". Not putting the signs in the right place is highly misleading almost forcing customers to pay a higher price and not caring how they advertise in store deals. I have tried reaching they customer service line to complain and no one has followed up with me. Report Your Experience
