Kroger

Joseph of Mill Creek, WA March 30, 2009

Joseph of Mill Creek WA (03/30/09)
They threw away my written perscription. This pharmacy has the worst customer service of any pharmacy I have ever used in my 30 plus adult years. I now need to go back to my doctor's office for another visit and ask them to perscribe my medication again.

Martie of Toledo, OH March 23, 2009

Martie of Toledo OH (03/23/09)
i CALLED to complain about a late fee that I was charged. I told the associate that I had paid my bill on time at the store. She said that I could not have because kroger does not accept payments at the store. I told her that for the past two months I have paid at the store, and as long as you have cash and pay the service fee, they will take the payment. She implied that I was lying, I told her that I had a receipt. She said it couldn't be right. I asked to speak to a manager. He said again that I couldn't be right, but gave me back the late fee. I did not appreciate the treatment and I am ready the cut up the card and find a friendlier verdor.

Marcia of Houston TX (03/23/09)
I used my rewards card to purchase gas and it only gave me 10 cents instead of 15 cents, I have more than 500 points and was quite upset. I called the Kroger office and they told me they were unable to help me. They said to call Master Card. which I have called in the past and they have nothing to do with the rewards.

I ended up paying more for the gas than I should have, which is upsetting.
