Thanks to all who have placed their experiences on this website. I was fortunate enough to find this website in time to cancel my vacation package. I've been given a confirmation number, but I will be monitoring all activity. It is a shame that anyone would have to waste one dime of their money or one minute of their vacation in such a dump.

Just wanted to say thank you for the service you provide with your
newsletter. I know it helps a lot of people with their problems.
I wanted to tell you also, that it does do some good to file complaints
when you are dissatisfied with a company's service. I filed a complaint
with you and the FTC and the BBB, and with my credit card a couple of
months ago about being taken in by a Medical Billing scam. They said
very emphatically they were not returning my money, but one day out of
the blue they returned my money.
The heat from all the complaints I
filed must have finally gotten to them. Thanks so much for your help.

my soldiers when a pertinent scam shows up, and it is the ONLY site that I
have sent/recommended to anyone else. Me, I'm a tort-reform minded person,
but caution is caution, and let the buyer beware. With info like yours on
the web, I can keep my people -- most of who do not yet have computers -- informed.

Wish to thank you for the tip on "Vtech little smart soft songs baby
phone." We contacted Vtech. According to their instructions we sent in the
plastic battery cover from the back of the old one. Within two weeks
we received a new phone (w/batteries). Again, thank you.

I read your article about certified used cars. Thank you for the information. One of the bigger car dealers in town is advertising "Certified Cars" that may qualify for extended warranties. I wanted to scream!

After responding to a radio ad for Vital Basics Focus Factor nutritional supplement, I did a search of the product and found several consumer complaints on your site.
I sent a certified letter to the company CEO as well as placing a call to cancel further debits to my account and shipment of product. Fortunately no more funds were taken from my account and no more product was shipped.
