    On Saturday May 30, I went to Walmart Auto Care Center at #2189 4855 Kietzke Ln, Reno, NV 89509. I want to make an appointment for rotate and balance new set of tires which I purchased on last November 2025. Walmart sent me an email. The time is due for balance and rotate the tires, and by the way change oil. A ** gentleman at the desk told me, "When you come back for oil change tomorrow you can ask them for rotate the tires as well." Today when I come and meet a ** lady, I say to her I come 30 minutes earlier. I like to leave my keys here while I go shopping. She says I don't have to give her an attitude. I don't know what did I said wrong. I say to her, "I just wanna leave the car key here while I go shopping. What an attitude in there." She says, "Your appointment is at 2:30. We can't do earlier than that." I say, "I know that. I just wanna leave my car key here while I go shopping."

    When I come back, I see a senior ** gentleman who I talked to yesterday. I talk to him that they don't want to do a rotate and balance for my tires. He says, "We don't have time for that today". I say, "Can I make an appointment for another day." He just ignored me and walked away. Later he talked to a ** lady. What this guy is doing here. Some kind of racist or whatsoever I don't know. My final words are: If you want to save money, go to Walmart auto care center. If you want a peaceful weekend or a little bit more service please don't buy any tires at Walmart.

    Extremely disappointing and stressful experience at the Walmart Auto Care Center located at 45415 Dulles Crossing Plaza, Sterling, VA. I visited this location on May 13, 2026, for an oil change service on my 2013 Toyota Highlander. Shortly after the service, the vehicle developed a severe oil leak and low oil pressure warning and was later deemed unsafe to drive by an independent mechanic. The mechanic documented heavy oil leakage around the oil filter housing shortly after the Walmart service and warned of possible engine damage due to oil loss.

    The entire experience from the beginning reflected negligence and reckless behavior. The front customer service employee appeared more focused on texting on his phone than properly assisting customers or carefully reviewing service orders. Staff behavior throughout the process was rude, careless, and unprofessional at multiple levels.

    After the issue occurred, repeated calls to the Auto Care Center went unanswered, management was difficult to reach, and customer service provided little clear guidance. I ultimately had to travel a long distance in person just to force the issue to be documented and formally entered into the claims system. The vehicle is now sitting unusable at a mechanic facility while I wait for Walmart’s claims team to respond, with no clear timeline or guidance provided. The entire process has caused major stress, transportation hardship, financial uncertainty, and loss of time. Completely unacceptable experience from a company of this size.

      I paid for tire warranties, new tires and service to put them on twice. I did it last year in July, and again a couple of weeks ago. Prior to service, nobody checked to see if there was a warranty on these tires before replacing them. Come to find out, one of the tires that I replaced already had a warranty on them. I called up there for the manager 5 times, every time they told me she wasn’t there or they would leave my name and number for her to call me back. Never got a call back. Went up there to speak to the manager in person, was met with the old lady who made the mistake in the first place. She said there’s nothing she can do (no apology given) and I would have to wait for the manager to return the following week.

      I called up today, same thing. I had to wait for the manager to return my call. This time, she did. But since the tires were picked up “yesterday”, there is no way for her to remedy the issue either. These people are scammers and they don’t give a rat’s behind about their customers or resolving any issues that were caused by them. People work too hard for their money and in this day and age, money is crucial for survival. They just lost a customer. I will not be going to the auto dept ever again.

      Waiting for 4 hours now to get a damn oil change at Walmart Supercenter #500. 4530 Woodrow Bean, El Paso, TX 79924. Ridiculously unacceptable, I will not be back for another service.

      Been using Walmart service department for years for oil changes and I've bought several sets of tires from them. My wife went on 5/6/26 to Canton ga for an oil change. A couple of days later I noticed an oil leak so I jacked the car up and checked it and found that they had stripped the oil drain plug and put some sort of Blue glue /sealer on it and didn't even mention it! I understand that with these aluminum oil pans this can happen BUT they should've told us about it so we could get it fixed! The techs name was Kipp. Really bad business practice, this could have easily destroyed the engine in our car!

      I am very disappointed with the tire service experience at Walmart. We waited THREE HOURS today just to have tires rebalanced because the balancing apparently was not done correctly the first time at the St. Robert Walmart last month. This should not have happened. Waiting that long for a correction to previous work is extremely frustrating, exhausting, and unacceptable. Customers should be able to trust that the job is done properly the first time. Better communication, better workmanship, and better respect for customers’ time would go a long way. I usually try to be patient and understanding, but this experience was honestly miserable.

      Walmart Auto Center in McKinney Texas off Redbud messed messed up my oil change by overfilling it first! Took it back instead of draining the oil, they drained the transmission fluid! Had to get a manager approval to add transmission fluid since they don’t work on transmissions! I had technician write up the wrong they did! He advised me of any issues to bring my vehicle back! Of course ended up with issues took it back and now the manager is giving us the runaround in getting a claim even started!! It’s been a whole month now! My vehicle is waiting at Subaru for the approval to have a new transmission done which is need according to their diagnostic report!! Walmart keeps asking for a written report in which Subaru cannot provide. It is only accessed through their computer. Subaru says a Walmart insurance adjuster needs to come there to review it with the Subaru specialist technician.

      I purchased a battery from Walmart roughly 3 months ago. I brought it in to either be replaced or charged whichever. When I came back yesterday before their closing time they were already closed but I finally got a hold of a manager. They brought me a battery outside that was old that they got out of the scrap pile which they told me they got out of the scrap pile with no stickers on it or anything and expected me to take it. I refused. They told me to come back this morning. I came back this morning. Once again they tried to give me an old battery out of the junk pile with no stickers on it. I refuse to them. I wanted a new battery. They brought another bad battery then got some stickers. Where they got the stickers from I don't know. Stuck them on the battery right in front of me and slid the battery across the counter and told me to take it. I told him no. I want to speak to a manager. Manager came up. Told me the same thing. She said, "This battery is good. Take it."

      I refused. I called Walmart's corporate number. Customer service gentleman told me basically he wouldn't help me. He gave me a case number which is **. When I asked him his name he said his name was Alex. When I asked for his last name he refused to give me his last name. Basically when it comes down to is Walmart took my battery. Maybe an employee stole it. I don't know try to give me two junk batteries then went and found a battery that would hold a charge and try to stick stickers on it right in front of me and give me another junk battery instead of just replacing mine under the warranty. I paid good hard money for that battery and it's warranty. I shouldn't be given an old junk battery either scrap power because they lost it or stole it.

      Scheduled at appointment for 8 am to have tires installed. Got 4 different reminders during the 3 days and asked to be on time. Got there at 750 only to find the auto service does not open until 9 am. Now have to wait around an hour. They called at 7:35 am but I was driving and could not answer.
