I have a Graco walker -- "Tot Wheels 2" -- and the whole seat has fallen off of it and at the time of this occurrence my 8-month old daughter was in this thing.

I called Graco and they told me there was nothing that they could do because they stopped selling this walker 2 years ago, not because the seat was unsafe but because children were falling down stairs.

They wouldn't even replace it with the newer model.  

What upsets me is that this is the second time this has happened with this same model  The first time I thought that my older daughter had caused the problem but now I find that it  was caused by faulty design. 

There was no physical damage done, thank God, because I caught the baby in time but if I wasnt so fast she could have gotten hurt very badly.
