Complain about a product or service

I already posted a complaint against this company, but not only was i stuck in chicago, now i got notice from my bank in guatemala, via email, that a new flight that was given to me by airlinegateway.com, has been charged to my credit card (despite of all the messing up they had) not only once, BUT TWICE!!!! who is paying for this? i know i aint!!!

So i bought a flight from chicago to denmark. i bought my flight to chicago separately, and with another company giving enough time to change planes (17 hours) and avoid trouble. Despite this, when i got to the united airlines counter, they told me that airlinegateway.com, had cancelled my trip, without telling me of course.

Now im stuck in chicago, with nothing but 300 dollars in my pockets and nowhere to go, because, even though my emails are replied, there is no one on the phone, and they keep telling me they will send me an eticket, and they never do. what am i supposed to do?

I cant go back to Guatemala, nor copenhagen, the places where i know id be economically able to buy another ticket, i might get deported from the states, and i am starving...
