We purchased a group tour to Italy. Last day before we had to fly, all our hotels were changed for worse locations in most cities. Also we had to travel 63 people group that is too many, and we lost a lot of time and quality of tour because of that number of travelers together. Also we were double (or even more) charged for additional tours that were not included in our package. it was explained that money should be also paid to a tour guide. However, paying all together 450 Euro, we got that guide response that she was paid 50 Euro per hour (150 Euro for 3 hours). We had 4-5 tours like that.

Every person of our group was overcharged about 100 in addition to an inconvenience of the tour (63 people) and changing hotels in the last minute, when we couldn't even to cancel our trips.
