Our room no way resembled those pictured on the web site. In fact, I would consider the room to be extremely inferior. The linoleum tile in the bath was extremely dirty, had holes in it, and was peeling away from the wall. The bathtub had a hole where the tub/shower control was supposed to be. The laminate on the kitchen counter top was broken off in places and one of the drawers on the kitchen cabinets was hanging askew. The bedroom and living room floors were covered with a rope-like material that looked filthy. We never stepped on the floor in our bare feet! The upholstered furniture was stained and soiled. Since it was during Mardi Gras, we had no choice but to stay where we were.

I complained to the hotel, but I have had no response.
