I woke up at 3:30 am coverd in bed bugs and bites. The room was crawling with bugs when I turned on the light. A DISGUSTING, HORRIBLE, awful nightmarish experience. I had to leave all my clothes and travel bag behind because the bugs were already in my bags. Left the computer laptop case on the ground during the night and it was covered in bugs as well. All in all I lost around 500.00 worth of personal belongings. I don't care! I am aware of how bed bugs can infiltrate anywhere with just one bug. That is why I left everything. I have photos on my phone of some of the bugs I found. DISGUSTING. I left with only my underware on and I had to stop and get gas in that condition. HUMILIATING!! I had next to no sleep and was forced to drive home over two hours away.

RE:Trip ID 150868660885 We made this trip because of a death in the family and had reservation for 4 nights at the Good Nite Inn Sylmar in Sylmar, CA. Since we had to stay with the family the first 2 nights we did not use the first 2 nights. We went to the hotel on March 30 to stay the 30th and 31st and were told they would not honor our reservations since we were not there for the first 2 nights and if we stayed we would have to pay another 63. a night. We paid for 4 nights thru Travelocity. We tried to call travelocity and was on hold for an hour and finally had to make reservations somewhere else since it was 11 p.m at night.
