This company has been calling me on average 4-5 times a day, if not more, for about 6 months now. I am not sure how they got my home phone # as I live in Canada...but they have an automated dialers calling my home, and I normally don't pick up. When I do they TRY to sell and say I won vacation packages...cruise to here and there.... Then I had my phone # disconnected and # changed because of this company--after asking several times to be put on the "do not CALL list" and to remove me from their data base! They never did, of course not...and they have had another company call me...to say I won a trip! How does one prevent this company from calling me in Canada? I am clearly not interested, and from what I read online, several consumers have complaints about this company.

Unsolicited calls on a daily basis, spam mail, junk mail--mailed to me. I changed my phone #. If they had my home #, they would call 15 times a day if they wanted to. It's now become a burden and pain that they continue to waster paper, trees and don't abide by consumers wanting to be removed off all their mailing and phone lists...and do not CALL list. How can they do this if I don't even live in the USA?

I was talked into a vacation package and called back immediately to cancel, and they had already taken the money out of my account.

I recently went on this vacation, and it was a joke. I researched it after the fact, and the further I went the worse it got. A company like this shouldn't be in business. I also paid for an upgrade; the cost of the upgrade is almost the whole cost of the cruise if I would have bought the thing straight up. The free travel voucher said it was worth 1300; it wasn't worth 130. I'm sure they have all their bases covered so they can get away with this type of deception, and the old saying of "buyer beware" comes into my mind. I just hope I might save someone else the disappointment that I had.

I received a coupon for a Free Cruise for two on Imperial Majesty. In order for me to claim my cruise, I had to call a number, and speak to a rep, which was no big deal. I gave all the information--and in order to close the deal, I had to speak to a manager who would provide me with the finer details, and get more information. As he provided the details, it was evident that I wouldn't be able to take advantage of the cruise--not on the part of the cruise-line or those that hosted the offer--but my own circumstances. This guy wouldn't let me off the phone, so I finally had to hang up on the dude. A few seconds later, this guy calls me--on the phone I used to claim my cruise, and berated me for hanging up on him! Yes, I called them to claim my cruise, and because I couldn't travel (and this dude didn't listen as to why I couldn't travel), he called me back and told me how rude I was to hang up on him! It was either that, or get fired for not showing up at work on time. Sorry.

The corporate memorandum said to call to call to claim our free cruise. We called and got a high pressure pitch for a package vacation over 18 months at a cost of 499. each. The cruise had hidden expenses such as port tax, additional energy & security surcharges a well as other fees. When I started asking questions the person I was speaking to got hot and loud. that I questioned his honesty and I had to hang up on him to get him off the phone.

I refused to give him my credit card number but I know he has all the other information as to name address and phone number. Just let people know to read the fine print. Free isn't always free.
