I stayed at that Ramada on January 10, 2009. I paid in cash with a one hundred dollar bill. Front desk employee didnt have enough cash to give me change, said it would be mailed to me within 3 days. I called their accounting department several times since that. Ended up with a lot of redirecting, not my problem? attitude. Someone always took my address and promised to send me a check. Still, Ive got nothing. A hundred dollars for a dirty room is just way too much.

I had horrible experience during my week long stay at the above Ramada location, with one of the front desk clerk named Paula. She has bad manner, annoying communications skill, disgusting and uncourteous customer relationship. C. Hardin was the General Manager of this facility. Thanks.

I am 78 years old----In August 2007, I spoke to a salesperson from Ramada Plaza Resorts. He must have realized that I was naive and pressured me into taking this vacation package. I gave my credit card # for 399.00 US. The package was to be taken within 3 years. They contacted me on 2nd. February 2009 and wanted to know when I was going to pay the rest of the money. After discussing a new pkg deal, they asked me for my authorization to take another 349.00 US.

Feeling pressured to get them off my back, I paid. They kept telling me that I could not get my money back nor can I Cancel. In the past I have, on occasion, asked for my money back and was told that I could not get it back. It is now March 2009 and I have called 4 times as they keep promising me a brochure.....they keep saying they will send out immediately. It has not arrived. My blood pressure goes up every time I speak to them. They have refused to speak to my family members.

I have lost 748.00. I am not a healthy 78-year old--I have high cholesterol, high blood pressure and am a Diabetic. They still want the last installment of 349! Can you help me get my money back please?

I got a call from them for a vacation package. I paid for it but then when I searched the internet realised its a complete scam. Infact they gave me all the wrong information. They told me they are a part of Ramada & the resort is in front of beach. When I checked internet I read they are not a part of Ramada & the resort is far away from beach. Immediately within 10 minutes I called & asked them to cancel it. But they refused to cancel it. Nor did they send any mail that they said they would send. I feel I am harassed unnecessarily without fault. I disputed the amount on my credit card but nothing happened. Infact the very moment I called my credit card not to pay them the amount. But the credit card company send we have to pay & then you can dispute. Then when I disputed the credit card company said they lost the dispute.

298. Mental Stress dealing with them.
