Sun Trips

We went on a Sun Trips trip and stayed at a hotel suggested by Sun Trips. We had property stolen from the hotel room. While talking to various people at the hotel and the Sun Trips representative we learned that theft in the room is a problem at that hotel and Sun Trips knew this. Since returning from the trip Sun Trips has failed to respond to our multiple inquiries.

We had $1,350 worth of property stolen and the trip cost us $1,748 for a total loss of $3,098. The trip was ruined and thus we also lost our vacation as well.
