Timeshare Savings

Lloyd of Palmdale, CA June 9, 2008

We were contacted by Patrick and reassured he would sell our timeshare. He was confidently saying within 60 - 90 days. We gave him 1211.00 and have not heard from him since. All the contact numbers are disconnected.

We gave this money September 2007. We had to decide what to do. We felt so positive Patrick would sell. Now we are out that money and drained.

Rosa of Tucson, AZ April 1, 2008

I guess I'm not the only one that was taken in by his enthusiasm and assuredness that my timeshare would probably be sold within 60 days at the most. I was taken for 500.00. I should have known when I checked the website they gave me and there was no listing to be found.

I couldn't afford the 500.00 but was desperate to sell. Now I am down that amount and I still have the timeshare. Hard economically.

Tom of Santa Rosa, CA February 25, 2008

I contacted Timeshare Savings Network and signed a contract with them to sell my timeshare in Palm Springs. Mr. Deviny said they had lots of interest in Palm Springs and made me feel like it would go fast. So I sent them 984.00. That was in 10/26/2007. I spoke with Jennifer McCarty in November of 2007 and she told me there was lots of interest and I'd be hearing something shortly. I called a couple of weeks later and I still have not been able to reach them. Can't find their website and their phones have been disconnected. Very disappointed and feel conned.

Lost 984.00 and a lot of trust in the timeshare industry. There are sharks out there.

Edith of North Port, FL February 13, 2008

Took my money 684, said they had people ready to buy my timeshare. Every time I called I couldn't get anyone left msgs no replys.

Charged my CC 684

Diane of Ferris, TX January 2, 2008

Timeshare Saving Network  presented itself as a marketing company to sell or rent Timeshares. I wanted to rent or later sell my Timeshare in Las Vegas. This company charge me 984.00 to do this. At the time I was told that this fee was refundable by Mr. Deviny. Mr. Deviny was told that the timeshare was jointly own and that I need time to send the contract to the other owner. After I received the contract I found that I only had 3 days to accept the contract or decline before I could get a refund. I tried to dispute this charge to my credit card but the time had run out while I was involve in a car accident.

I was told that this company is now out of business and that their assets have been frozen.
