When we tried to book through R.C.I. they told us we must book within 14 days of the reservation. The Lawrence Welk sales force told us nothing about that, nor was it mentioned anywhere in the contract. My wife and I have to reserve our vacation times well in advance at our respective employments. Now we must waste our vacation times or pay for accommodations outside of the system we bought into. All we want is fairness. We paid $1000 and the Lawrence Welk group delivered nothing in return. We wasted 5 days (trips to Escondido). We also have to make alternate vacation plans and pay higher airfares due to the timing. Report Your Experience
