I was under contract last year with them and this year we were trying to lock in a price for the season they sent a letter with different plans. We waited and Windsor sent another letter with plans and price went down. We still did nothing because we are a group of seven families that sign together and were calling different companies to see who would give us the best price. We signed with General utilities for 3.24 a gallon.

Windsor delivered to us after we signed with General Utilities and charged 3.49 a gallon. At the time of sigining with General they told us they will notify Windsor and they tagged our pipe in the front of the house. Windsor delivered 200 worth of oil after General delivered. I feel this was done out of spite because we left them. It was their error and they won't even honor Generals' price. As of today General came down to 2.69 a gallon.
